Founder/Owner Erin and associate Alicia came together because of a love of weddings and a passion for planning.

The two grew up together in Boca Raton, Florida, watching their younger brothers play little league football and baseball. They bonded over lollipops and Slim Jims and walking through the park. Once little league ended, the two parted ways to begin high school careers and Olympic Heights and Pope John Paul II. While away at college, both Erin and Alicia became NCAA athletes. Erin played Soccer at Carson Newman College in Jefferson City, Tennessee and Alicia was a member of the Cheerleading Program at Florida Atlantic University. They agree that the discipline and structure of being a collegiate athlete kept them grounded and organized, and provided them with one of the best life experiences.

Only fate brought the two back together in 2010. At the time, Erin had established Erin Lynn Events, Inc. and was growing the company on her name and talent alone, filling up her calendar with weddings quicker than ever. Alicia was ready for a change of pace and wanted to find a career in wedding/event planning and emailed Erin on a whim. With over seven years of combined event planning experience Erin and Alicia created a new vision for the company. Since then, this duo has non-stop energy and ideas to make your event a reality.

Erin has studied and dedicated herself to the art of weddings.

With years of experience working in various areas of event and wedding planning, Erin has extensive knowledge of the industry and a keen eye for perfection. While at Carson Newman College, Erin knew that wedding planning was where her passion lied. Even her college thesis paper was on wedding planning!

Erin’s experience began working with the renowned Boca Raton Resort and Club where she worked as a Convention and Catering Associate, overseeing events and weddings that took place on the Resorts property.

Thereafter, she began working with and international event planning organization. Able to travel the world and dive head first into planning, Erin received a firsthand look at the time and dedication event planning takes. Erin missed being a part of weddings and interacting with brides and grooms and began work at prominent local bridal boutique.

While there, she began laying the ground work for Erin Lynn Events, Inc. Her first wedding was for a bride that came into the boutique to buy a gown; from there Erin Lynn Events, Inc. was born and became a solid company in the wedding planning industry. Erin is fresh, young and has the just the right eye for those little touches that will make your wedding pop.

Alicia holds a passion for event planning.

A Boca Raton native, Alicia is aware of all the little things South Florida has to offer.

During her college career as a collegiate cheerleader, Alicia’s event planning skills were used for one of the largest International cheerleading competitions, US Nationals and US Open in Orlando, Florida and US Championship in Miami, Florida. Alicia organized these three events that brought in over 10 thousand spectators and competitors. At that time, Alicia’s personal party staffing/bartending company Cheers! continued to grow throughout South Florida.

Through dedication and drive Alicia began a career as a Public Information Officer and Public Relations/Marketing professional, working for miscellaneous clients within public and private sectors. She continued to have a passion to connect with her event planning roots and wedding planning has finally made her feel complete.
